Award-Winning Medicare Resource, MedicareInteractive.org, Is Now Better Than Ever
--Find Answers to Medicare Questions More Easily at the Newly Redesigned Site--
New York, NY—Medicare Interactive (www.medicareinteractive.org), the Medicare Rights Center’s free online resource, has a new look.
The award-winning site has been redesigned for easier navigation to help consumers, caregivers and the professionals who help them find the information they need with fewer clicks. This unique web tool features hundreds of Medicare answers, as well as information on resources and programs in all 50 states. Over the past twelve months, Medicare Interactive received more than 410,000 visits from consumers and professionals nationwide.
“We’re delighted to offer an even more streamlined Medicare Interactive,” said Joe Baker, president of the Medicare Rights Center. “November 15 is the beginning of the fall open enrollment period. It’s a time when many people—Medicare consumers, caregivers, professionals and journalists—have questions, and we want them to find answers to their questions as easily as possible.”
There are three ways visitors to the site can look for information:
- By keyword or phrase in the FIND bar
- By general topic in the Table of Contents
- By specific topic in the Keyword List, which includes the most common topics
The revamped Medicare Interactive also includes a “What’s New in Medicare” feature, which will highlight timely topics of consumer interest. This month’s topic is the $250 rebate check that is automatically sent to people who have entered the Medicare Part D coverage gap.
