What is it that makes a person want to give a morning or two every week, in many cases year after year, to answer tough questions on a Medicare hotline...make presentations on the complex Part D drug benefit...or teach their neighbors how to get the health care and medicines they need?
Our volunteers share many great qualities, and one very important trait: they care about helping people access the health care they need.
