Ezra Zayn develops and refines educational materials for consumers, caregivers, and professionals seeking to navigate the complexities of Medicare. They deliver local and national presentations, empowering diverse audiences with the knowledge needed to understand and utilize the Medicare program. Within the Education Department, Ezra also focuses on supporting lower-income populations by helping them access Medicare cost assistance benefits.

Before joining the Medicare Rights Center, Ezra worked with various organizations dedicated to advancing social and economic equity and fostering inclusion for the disability community. They hold a B.A. in Rhetoric & Writing, with a minor in Interdisciplinary Disability Studies, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work, Ezra enjoys exploring New York City, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and their beloved cat, Sasha.”

Getting Medicare Right

The Medicare Rights Center is a national, nonprofit consumer service organization that works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counseling and advocacy, educational programs, and public policy initiatives.

Since 1989, we’ve been helping people with Medicare understand their rights and benefits, navigate the Medicare system, and secure the quality health care they deserve. We strive to be the most reliable source of independent, unbiased Medicare information in the United States.
